RESERVATION
- When booking your apartment, you must present a valid credit card. Will be charged the amount corresponding to the first night.
- Villa Lunae reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card as a guarantee.
- Check-in starts at 3pm.
- Check-out until 12 pm.
- A valid ID (passport) is required upon check-in.
- In case you arrive before 3pm or you want to do a bit more sight-seeing after check-out, we can store your luggage.
- Debit cards, Credit Cards, Cash payments.
- Payment is due in full upon check-in.
- If reservation is canceled or altered up to 30 days before arrival, no fee will apply.
- If reservation is canceled or altered up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.
- If reservation is canceled or altered up to 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
- If reservation is no show 100% of total reservation will be charged.
- Babies – we can provide a free baby crib (upon request)
- We are PET friendly. Almost all apartments have a big terrace that your PET will enjoy.
- Smoking is allowed, however we really appreciate that you could do it by the window or terrace.
- VILLA LUNAE has no private parking. You have a free public street parking available on Rua Doutor Vasco Vidal (100 meters from the apartment). There is also paid public street parking available, however Villa Lunae is located in the most central point of Sintra, and therefore during peak seasons it may be difficult to find a place.
- NO ELEVATOR. We will be happy to assist you with your luggage.
- There is NO daily housekeeping service. If you want daily housekeeping please contact us.
- FREE WIFI in all apartments.
